Hello friend,

I am an accomplished professional with a profound passion for fitness and dance. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness coach, and professional dancer, I combine my expertise to inspire others to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Growing up surrounded by sports, I decided to pursue a dance career after obtaining a degree in it. Switching career paths years later, I faced challenges in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Motivated by fit women in my life, such as my mother's determination to create a healthier lifestyle for herself; I immersed myself in fitness, initially navigating workouts from Instagram. Through trial and error, my journey led me to delve deeper into fitness education such as obtaining certifications. Transforming my struggle into a passion for helping others through weightlifting, resistance training, dance, and personalized meal planning.

Your fitness goals probably require healthy recipes that fit your specific needs. Finding recipes that are healthy, low in calories, or high in protein is already half the battle. I will send you some recipes that I have tried to inspire you, along with some suggestions for substitutions based on dietary needs.
